Layway:
We offer a 3 month Layaway Plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 20% deposit of the total purchase, {including tax}. The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Most can be done the same day.

Financing:
Love’s Jewelry offers financing through the Jewelry Express by GE. Most programs are No Interest, with payment. Same as cash and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.

Gift certificates:
Love’s Jewelry offers gift certificates in any denomination.

Returns & Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must accompany a sales receipt.
Some special order and altered items may be non-returnable, and/or subject to restocking fees. No returns on clearance items.

Diamond Inspections:
We recommend that every 3 months you bring us your diamond and gemstone jewelry and have our jeweler inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is FREE.

Appraisal:
We are happy to provide you with an insurance appraisal on your purchase free of charge. Our appraisals are performed by our Certified Gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) & the American Gem Society (AGS).

Custom Work:
All custom jewelry is non-refundable and may require a deposit before work is started. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
